1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Blur Test service ("Service") operated by Dijital Kafa Bilişim Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

3. Description of Service
Blur Test is an AI-powered visual hierarchy analysis tool that helps designers, marketers, and content creators test and optimize their visual content. The Service analyzes uploaded images to provide insights about visual attention patterns, hierarchy, and effectiveness.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Credits, Subscriptions and Payment
5.1 Credit System
Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each visual hierarchy analysis consumes one (1) credit from your account. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
5.2 Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans (prices in USD):
- Solo: $9/month - 20 credits per month
- Pro: $19/month - 50 credits per month
- Enterprise: $49/month - 150 credits per month
Subscription credits are allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period and expire at the end of each cycle.
5.3 One-Time Credit Packages
We also offer one-time credit packages for users who prefer not to subscribe:
- Launch Special: $5 - 10 credits (one-time purchase, never expires)
Credits purchased through one-time packages do not expire and remain in your account until used.
5.4 Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Price changes for subscriptions will take effect at the next billing cycle. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.5 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Polar.sh, our third-party payment provider. Polar.sh handles all payment transactions, billing, subscription management, and related financial operations. By making a purchase, you agree to Polar.sh's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5.6 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to any remaining credits until the period ends
- No further charges will be made after the current period
- Unused credits will expire at the end of the billing period and cannot be refunded
Cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated at any time by subscribing again.
5.7 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Service:
- Subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who have used 3 or fewer credits. After this period or usage threshold, refunds are not available for subscription payments.
- One-time purchases: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have used 3 or fewer credits from that purchase.
We may consider additional refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Duplicate charges
- Unauthorized transactions
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. Please contact our support team at kafa@dijitalkafa.com with your order details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Upload content containing malware or malicious code
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Dijital Kafa Bilişim Danışmanlık A.Ş. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process the content solely for providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Analysis results are AI-generated insights and should be used as guidance, not as definitive assessments.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIJITAL KAFA BILIŞIM DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dijital Kafa Bilişim Danışmanlık A.Ş. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
